MEET OUR TEAM

 

Eric Wallis PhD

Eric P. Wallis, Ph.D.

As Chief Science Officer and Laboratory Director, Dr. Wallis guides the Science and Laboratory Team at Demeter Labs. Dr. Wallis received a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University, where he studied chemical reactions and energy transfer in matrix environments.

Dr. Wallis has worked in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries in both research and development and business management for over 25 years.

As Chief Science Officer, he is responsible for developing and building the laboratory’s testing capabilities, maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation, and growing a team of top scientists that continue to advance the use of cannabis and other natural nutrients to support the needs of the mental and behavioral health populations.

 


 

Laurence Niadj MS

Laurence Niadj, MS

Mr. Niadj is the Laboratory Manager for Demeter Laboratory. He earned a B.S. from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an M.S. from the University of Oklahoma, where he brings over five years of research experience in natural products drug discovery of potential therapeutic leads.

After graduating, Mr. Niadj has worked in the clinical laboratory area and has developed and validated testing methods for identifying micronutrient deficiencies in the mental and behavioral health populations which can be used to guide the patients treatment. As the Laboratory Manager, he is responsible for the daily operations of the laboratory as well as the validation and performance of all the laboratory testing equipment and validating test results.
